Child’s play – 12 x 10 ft painting for photo shoot

It is the busiest year in art making I have ever had.  I don’t sleep, I eat on the fly and fast.  I get both overjoyed and overwhelmed.

Here is one commission for a The Center School.  Joanna Chattman (a brilliant photographer in our little river valley) spearheaded this project for a photo booth.  This Saturday The Center School is having their annual Holiday open house. ALSO part of this set is a beautiful 5ft tall mushroom to pose with, a red speckled top toadstool made by the very talented Justin Rowland, so everyone looks miniature! I can’t wait to see it all put together!

This giant painting was completed in 2 days.  It measures 12 x 10 ft.  My arm hurts.
