patience is progress

 

These are the rough beginnings of my new short animation. Charcoal animation requires a bit of patience and slowness. The problem is that I never want to slow down on anything. I try and rush everything. A white, hot fear seems to think that patience and slowing down would mean I would never get there.

hah.

Where are we going? Because all I want is to get to the ocean anyway.
