Sleeping Fawns

For us here in Northampton, we were very lucky that the storm passed by with very little damage. We spent the late part of the day tucked in at home and I worked on these sleeping baby fawns.   This is just a little planter or candle holder I was working on for christmas gifts for loved ones ( my loved ones).  I made a mold of the sculpture and am not able to reproduce the little guys sleeping.  What an easy mold to make compared to that unicorn head undertaking of September ;).

I thought the fragile sleeping fawns being safe and sturdy were a nice thing to think of when the hurricane threatened the east coast this monday.
